Westwood Private Group is scaling rapidly. Founded in 2024 in Durban, South Africa, we place €1M–€150M in off-market debt and equity exclusively from Swiss single-family offices. Our success-only model means we charge no retainers, no upfront fees, and no monthly costs – compensation is payable only when capital lands in the client account.

We have closed 14 transactions totalling €496 million since inception (6 in 2024, 8 in 2025), with an average close time of 38 days and a 100% success rate on signed mandates. To support our growth, we are hiring 6 Mandate Acquisition Associates to join the team on a commission-only basis.

The Role

The Role Mandate Acquisition Associates are responsible for sourcing and qualifying 4–6 high-potential founders or sponsors per week who are actively raising €1M–€150M and ready to move within 90 days. You will hunt across LinkedIn, Reddit, cold email, and other channels, qualify decision-makers quickly, and book them directly on our calendar. We take every discovery call, run the full placement process, negotiate terms, and close the deal. Your role ends once the mandate is signed – you never interact with lenders or handle negotiations.

This is a remote, commission-only position with no salary and no cap. You work on your own schedule, typically 4–6 hours per day, with full freedom to use any sourcing method that delivers results. We provide training materials, outreach scripts, qualification checklists, and follow-up sequences – but you are expected to be self-driven and results-oriented from day one.

Compensation

Pure commission structure with unlimited earning potential. Associates earn 0.5–1 % of every funded ticket they source. With an average deal size of €40 million, a single close pays €200,000–€400,000. Realistic performance of 2–3 closes per month generates six-figure monthly income. Top performers consistently clear seven figures in their first year.

This is not a traditional job. It is ownership of a high-value pipeline with direct upside tied to your ability to deliver qualified mandates.
