Karabo Moeng – Founder & Managing Director

founded Westwood Private Group in Durban in 2024. He personally oversees every mandate, from initial introduction to final funding. With a deep understanding of emerging-market opportunities and European capital dynamics, Karabo structures transactions that balance lender protection with founder flexibility. His leadership has driven the firm to close 14 transactions totalling €496 million since inception, with an average close time of 38 days and a 60 % success rate on signed mandates. Karabo is based in Durban, with frequent travel to London and Zurich.

Tomas Rolis – Mandate Acquisition Associate

Tomas Rolis joined the firm in 2025 as the dedicated Mandate Acquisition Associate. Based in the Netherlands, Tomas focuses on sourcing and qualifying high-potential founders and sponsors actively raising €1M–€150M. He delivers 4–6 qualified mandates per week through targeted outreach on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels. Tomas ensures every opportunity meets the strict criteria of our Swiss family office network before it reaches the placement desk. His role is essential to scaling the firm's deal flow while maintaining the highest standards of quality and discretion.
